Orla Deegan

Hi, I’m Orla! I have just finished doing A level Spanish and aspire to be a secondary school teacher when I finish university. Although I am still learning Spanish myself, I am very familiar with the GCSE curriculum and have achieved a 9 (A*)in GCSE Spanish and and 8 (A-A*) in German. I have previously tutored GCSE German and have helped in both year 7 and GCSE classes.

I am very aware that everyone learns differently and will accommodate my lessons to suit you! I personally find repetition and textbook activities beneficial for my own studies, however I appreciate that a large majority of people find interactive games easier to learn with. I am happy to be told specific parts of an exam or topics you need help with and completely focus on that or to completely plan a well-rounded lesson myself.

I am happy to do online lessons or in person at a library (I will be based in Cardiff in term time and Oxfordshire during the holidays)
