I use mostly visual learning methods when tutoring, such as annotated diagrams and spider diagrams, as well as questions and active recall. For students at exam levels, I utilise past paper questions in order to practise exam technique. Each student’s lesson plan will be catered to their needs. Each lesson will begin with a review of the work done in the last session, followed by the homework completed for this session. The remainder of the session will be dedicated to new topics, or if necessary, to dedicate more time to more difficult topics.
