Hi my name in Monica and I am a trained actor, yoga teacher and have years of experience teaching children in both a 1:1 and class structure. I can teach students in coaching them to get into drama school, GCSE/ Alevel in Drama and Theatre studies, team building work/ yoga flows for companies and coaching in building confidence and self esteem through mindfulness practices and psychology based methods I use and learnt as an actor.
