I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Taibah University, with second honor. During my undergraduate studies, I gained knowledge in information systems and the system development life cycle, and studied English as a second language.

I then pursued a Master's degree in Advanced Computer Science (Cloud Computing) from Leeds University, where I acquired expertise in cloud computing, especially in resource management. My thesis on "Exploring Machine Learning for Cloud Computing Workload Prediction" was classified as Pass with Merit.

I have also published several scientific papers, including "A Survey on Predicting Workloads and Optimizing QoS in Cloud Computing" and "Exploring Support Vector Machine Learning for Cloud Computing Workload Prediction". I have also contributed to the paper "Arabic Auto-CON: Automated Arabic Concordancer Construction from Arabic Corpus". I have proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, and operating systems such as Windows and Linux. I am skilled in using MS Visual Studio, MS Office, Tableau Software, and MySQL and Oracle 10g/11g (SQL, PL/SQL). I possess leadership, communication, management, and work under pressure abilities, and can communicate and work efficiently in a team-based environment.

My interests lie in Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Databases. Additionally, I have supervised undergraduate students at the university.
