I use the inclusive style to teach. While teaching my students, I carry them along and make them slide into the position of a collective effort into solving problems by so doing, we end up doing it together and make them to have that tutor mindset.

I don't give up on my students. I assess them, watch them over and over and make the right teaching style approach for that individual. I don't generalize, I know that each student is distinct in his or her own way and respect that.
