I use the experiential training method for physical training, while my online trainings are interactive.
My training facilitation method is focused on guiding the trainee to the answer, rather than providing all the answers. I understand that the attention span of most people are low, so my training are activities packed to ensure that learners experience the content rather than just listening to it. During my training, I listen to the expectation of each of the attendees, while I use practical examples and. activities to address these expectations in ways that the attendees can replicate in real life situations. The content of my training are also not static, but dynamic and flexible to fit into the mould of the attendee so that they can fully implement the content of the training in their lives and organisations. My aim is not just to give the learner the knowledge, but to guide them towards usage of the knowledge in their various application areas.
