My classes are fun to be in, we learn and play.
The ability to understand the strength and weaknesses of each student is key to me. The ability to figure out how to deal with and tutor each student is fundamental. For instance, a playful student can be managed by promising to play games with them at the end of the class, that helps them to learn first and then look forward to the games at the end of the class
