Driven mathematics tutor who is passionate about developing creative learning approaches for secondary school students to grasp complex concepts with more ease. I plan to use basic analogies that are easy to understand to explain confusing math concepts. I plan to interact with my students in a loving way; getting into their heads and understanding their level of assimilation so as to meet them at their level and slowly bring them up to a higher level. I will go easy on them, but at the same time challenge them to do more. I will use a reward system to motivate them and encouragement to ensure they persevere. My classes will involve a session of breaking the ice, some humor and questions about their day and their readiness for the class. After which, the class will focus on an overview of what will be covered for today's lesson and what the outcomes are. Once this is achieved by the student, a reward may be offered. I have close to 3 years' experience teaching secondary level math and math based subjects like physics, chemistry, etc.
