I have been teaching for years now and I can categorically state that I employ the interactive/participative method of teaching. This has often led to a good teacher-student relationship in which the teacher comes down to the level of the student and pulls up the understanding of the students to the teachers. I organise my lectures well and deploy my experience to match my description to establish learning outcomes. The subjects I take are often made interesting but always help the student to learn by facilitating their skills and knowledge over a vast range of assessment workloads.
I support managing students' workloads via formal and informal feedback frameworks. Even with a virtual learning environment, students would be made comfortable to be able to broaden their future careers.
