When teaching I have always believed in child readiness and using diverse methods to reach the heart of my learners. I am a firm believer that no two learners are the same. So each individual learn at his or her own pace. Teaching environment should be supportive. I believe in harmonious relationships and creating a learning curve that promotes inclusion.

I have used various methods of teaching and believe that at time I just need to observe my student while guiding them to discover their learning aims and objective.
