Hi!

I am TEFL-qualified, and AMEB-certified in Voice and Communications, with four years of tutoring experience, from primary to adulthood. I specialise in humanities and public speaking for high school students and adults. Having hands-on experience, I know how to help you excel in those areas.

I aim to undertake student-lead lessons, wherein we work together to identify gaps in your learning. I use a variety of techniques to reinforce understanding, check skills, and practise concept applications.

I have been a TEFL (English as a foreign language) teacher, debate coach, and tutor for four years now. I specialise in communication, both mine, and that of my students. I have found through training and experience that asking questions is vital, and emphasising engagement makes the time fly by!

For people more interested in my public speaking background, I have been working as a debate adjudicator for several years now, as well as a debate mentor, helping both kids and adults hone their ability to form arguments, deliver them pervasively, and react quickly to new ideas. (Plus, some past MC experience, and speech contests to boot!)

I grew up in Australia and I hold a child safety/welfare legal approval.
