I use a variety of methods such as, Kahoot quizzes, Microsoft forms, PowerPoint presentations. The content Depends on what is being taught. For example different exam boards and places of education will require different topics in that subject, so I will be following on what the student will learn for their chosen course, exam board, what they are being taught in class.
