Hi, I'm Ollie, a 20-year-old musician. I play the piano, flute, and guitar, and I'm in a band. My current musical challenge is to learn the saxophone! I have also written a few musical compositions. I'm always up for an adventure and I love hiking and exploring new places, and I've even climbed a mountain. I'm also a big fan of tennis, running, and cycling. I'm always looking for new ways to challenge myself and learn new skills.

I provide a relaxed and safe learning environment where students can feel comfortable asking questions and can actively engage with the material. I believe the most effective way to learn science subjects like chemistry and physics is through hands-on practice and applying knowledge to solve problems. This is achieved by incorporating frequent exercises and activities that encourage active recall of concepts from the subject specification.

My subject expertise lies in chemistry and physics, and I have experience tutoring students across various exam boards and course structures. I'm comfortable guiding students through GCSE Triple Science, Combined Science (AQA, OCR, and Edexcel) and even delve into A-Level Chemistry (AQA and OCR is preferred)

Since 2021, I've broadened my tutoring experience beyond science subjects. I've also tutored English and Maths for students ranging from EYFS to GCSE level. In January 2023, I specifically focused on GCSE Chemistry and Physics and A-Level Chemistry, and I'm proud to say that the majority of my students who took exams in summer 2023 achieved results exceeding their target grades. This success is a testament to the effectiveness of my teaching methods and my dedication to student progress.
