Hi, My name is Olly!
I am a Maths tutor for students of any standard up to and including A-level Mathemtaics. I will try to balance the amount of explaining I do with the amount of time you will get to attempt questions yourself and we can tailor this balance to suit your preference.

During the sessions, I will start off by covering the theory of the relevant topics whilst answering any questions you have that may arise. Then I will work through some example questions of increasing difficulty (if appropriate) and following this you will have the opportunity to attempt some questions which I will present on the screen by yourself. I will share my Ipad screen so that you can see the notes and diagrams I'm drawing to try and help increase the clarity of topic or if you would prefer I can create poweroint slides to help better your understanding.
This is of course only a template for how I intend to tutor and if there are any aspects of this that you think would not suit your learning style, then I'm sure we will be able to find a different approach.

I will have my camera on whilst tutoring however there is no pressure for you to do the same. Sharing your screen or having a camera pointing at the paper you are working on might help to spot where you may be making errors but only if you are comfortable with this.
