I am a dedicated associate professor from Ukraine, with 18 years of research, teaching, and international relations experience. First of all, I work in the fields of teacher training, media discourse analysis and communication technologies. My research interests also include psycholinguistics (developed 10 training sessions for teaching staff to overcome work burnout, a personal growth diary, transformational communication), communicative leadership (strategies, authorities and conflict resolutions), linguistic axiology and pragmatics. I am the author of more than 30 scientific publications. Secondly, I have the experience of working at 3 HEIs in Ukraine and has had 12 training sessions and internships abroad (The UK, Portugal, Poland, Uzbekistan, Latvia, the USA and others) which gave me deep understanding of current teaching needs and methodology issues. I am also the author of 5 manuals for students including improving writing skills. I have been preparing my IELTS students for 3 years already and have developed my special approach to effective classes. Thirdly, professional background allowed me to successfully submit and coordinate more than 20 international projects in education, institutional development, and experimental science to name a few.
