As an experienced music educator, I am well-versed in providing comprehensive instruction in piano, music history, music theory, and ear-training to students of all ages, from beginners to advanced. My focus is on developing strong foundational skills in sightreading, tone quality, and in-depth musical and extra-musical analysis, while also encouraging innovative concert programming. My pedagogical approach combines the best practices of the Russian-school, Kodály, Suzuki, Orf and Dalcroze Methods, providing a balanced and structured learning experience. Additionally, I take a flexible approach, tailoring my instruction to the individual talents and interests of each student.
