Based on experience acquired through many years of studying and teaching chemistry to students both at high school and undergraduate level, I have discovered the importance of having a well defined course outline and study guide as well as discussion of real world application of the subject matter in ensuring that students gain a proper understanding of the subject as well as keeping students interest. However, since chemistry itself is a very dynamic subject, I don’t believe in any rigid style of teaching but rather tailor my teaching method to suit the students’ ability in order to motivate them towards giving their best and perform at the very peak of their abilities.
