My teaching format is always an interactive and practical mode of teaching using a projector to demonstrate it practically on the screen for the students to see and be able to do it on their systems . I also use scenarios to explain to some terms, use of some tools and applications such that they can easily remember even without having their jotters around . I also give examples, classwork and practical assignments to test their understanding and assess them so as to know which aspect of the training that needs to be revisited before proceeding to the next topic or next application as indicated on the teaching module. I also organize quiz, competitions between trainees or students using online applications such as Kahoot where they can answer various questions on the screen using their mobile phones such that different answers will be displayed on their phones for them to select the correct one. With this kind of method, the class tends to be interactive because everyone will be involved in the training / class and no one will be left behind.
