I can teach English as a second language, Maths at all levels up to A-Level and Politics A-Level also.

My methods include spaced practice and repetition. I believe in working little and often because the more you practice something, the better you get. I am happy to work online or in person --whatever suits!

In my English as a second language teaching, my methods include immersing my student in the language, teaching the basics of grammar, word construction and encouraging use of English in every day conversations. Reading age appropriate books will also be beneficial.

In teaching Maths, I explain a concept and we review and practice said concepts until they are solidified. I also set regular tests to check retainment and encourage students to continue to ask for help.

In my Politics teaching, I acknowledge that the subject can be difficult to grasp and apply and the application is the most important thing to achieve high grades. I will tach content then immediately get my student practicing exam style questions to prepare for the real test. I have a whole host of vision materials that I can send and am happy to make new ones depending on the student.

My experience revolves mainly with children of primary school/ KS3 ages as I was in my school's teaching programme but I am always happy to try something new whether it is new revision styles, new methods of exam practice and I am happy to work to suit my student's needs.
