Accounting for currently examined academic syllabi, I would converse with my student on which topics they believe they are lacking and would take time to put together a presentation on these topics which I would go over the student with one and one and supply to them for their own notes. I would then go through a number of past paper questions on the topic to get down their exam technique and explain they key points they should remember and what examiners are looking for. Additionally, I would help teach the student how to better manage their time to study effectively and be able to fine a balance between structured study and time to recuperate between sessions. I am comfortable in both the literature and mathematics behind Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics from A-Level and below.
As for experience, though I am lacking in teaching experience, I possess a strong academic record, along side practical experience it public speaking and conveying a point effectively with a group of peers from volunteering experiences. Additionally, I am open to criticism, if my way of teaching is not working for my student, I will be more than happy to accommodate to best ensure time and money is effectively well spent. I am fully flexible in the evenings and for contact outside of lessons to answer questions were needed. Lastly, I understand what is like to be a student and would ask for a level of mutual respect.
