Hello I am a Primary teacher working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Throughout my training, I have completed three placements, gaining hands-on experience in delivering the curriculum across different year groups. These placements have allowed me to develop my teaching skills, adapt to various classroom settings, and effectively support children's learning. My enthusiasm for education is reflected in my commitment to creating engaging lessons and fostering a positive learning environment.I will structure learning by breaking down concepts into manageable steps, ensuring they are accessible and tailored to the child's individual needs. Through ongoing assessment, I will identify their strengths and areas for development, allowing me to adapt my teaching approach accordingly.For online lessons, I will incorporate interactive and engaging methods, using a variety of digital tools to support different learning styles. I will provide clear explanations, guided practice, and independent tasks, ensuring a balanced and structured learning experience. Regular feedback and progress tracking will help refine the lessons to ensure continuous improvement and effective learning outcomes.I will integrate digital tools such as educational videos, interactive quizzes, and virtual manipulatives to make learning more accessible and engaging. I will also provide additional support materials, such as revision guides and recorded explanations, to reinforce key concepts and allow for independent practice.All lessons will be designed in alignment with the national curriculum goals and will build upon the child’s prior learning from school. By assessing their existing knowledge and understanding, I will ensure that each lesson is structured to reinforce previous learning while introducing new concepts in a progressive and meaningful way.
