I create dynamic and engaging lesson plans that brings the subject alive. My objective is to encourage creativity and higher-order thinking in a way that increases student learning performance. I do this by leveraging student feedback to create dynamic lesson plans that address students’ strengths and weaknesses. I use different technological tools for presentation most especially PowerPoint, google slides among others. Students are equally encouraged to make proper use of technological gadgets while developing skills in both written and verbal communication.
