Prepare simple and clear lesson notes with the aim of understanding usage and proper application of words in proper context to give a clear understanding of the message one intends to communicate.
Reading practice with emphasis on pronunciation and clarity.
Aspiring students will understand syntaxes, differences between nouns, verbs, pronounce, adjectives among others and their uses and applications. My aim is to encourage the student to understand the basics of written and spoken English.
At the end of the tutorials, the students should be able to write a composition, make a verbal presentation to the class comfortably and develop the confidence required to work in any environment. I remember watching the programme - mind your language - the patience, the attention to detail and ofcourse the humour present will in addition to my understanding of the perculiar needs of the diverse class, will be available to assist the students to master basic structure of the English language. I believe with constant and seriousness, patience and some reward scheme, the students will develop the required skill to develop their proficiency further. I will deploy various technique needed to enable the users pass any tests in English language. Learning any foreign language especially an an adult is a daunting task, therefore exceptional patience and understanding are important ingredients required in teaching, and these I possess abundantly. More importantly, the satisfaction derived in helping people overcome life obstacles is most rewarding. Education as a whole is in my considered perception is one of the most rewarding attributes to life, therefore if I can assist in helping anyone become better educated, especially in the context of better expression, I shall be fulfilled. I have had instances of the same difficulty on holidays in France and Spain and so I know first hand how frustrating it can be when trying to communicate in a language foreign to one, it would then give me a sense of personal accomplishment to help in any way overcome this natural hurdle.
