In teaching, I prefer students to apply what they've learned on the spot by allowing them to write as I mentor them. This way, they will have higher chances of remembering what has been taught to them due to experience. This technique is what has been taught to me way back the very first time I obtained a training and the success was evident enough for me to apply it to other students. This training method has given me the opportunity of winning multiple awards in journalism writing and published my works on campus newsletters for years.
