The directing style starts with the big picture, Being clear and concise, Providing clear and concise, Don’t sugar-coat the message. Or you can use the discussing style in which you can prepare questions in advance,
Don’t allow one or two students to dominate the discussion and have students create questions.
The style that I really like is the delegating style in which you promote learning through empowerment. You can apply it in 3 steps; Assign a capstone project.
Assign team projects.
Use an appropriate mix of each teaching style.
So, as I mentioned before, There is no one best teaching style. Effective teachers use a variety of styles, and they know how and when to choose the most appropriate one for the specific situation.
