About me

I like using a wide range of resources for my lessons, from songs, movies, poems to art. As I know what learning a second language is, I know that learning it the closest to the real world is the most important thing, and specially, it has to be FUN.
I can teach Spanish to any age, the younger, the more playful the sessions will be... but who says adults can't play too? I like my lessons to be e...

I can teach Spanish to any age, the younger, the more playful the sessions will be... but who says adults can't play too? I like my lessons to be engaging and fun, and I will always adapt them to the learner's level, interests and time.
I graduated as a teacher in Spain, and have been working as it in Scotland for almost 5 years, where I am based. My travels and my time living abroad have made me fall in love with my own language and I want to transmit it to others!

Nora has been teaching my two children aged 9 and 7. Nora is always well prepared, the sessions differ week to week and the children are always engaged. They are learning and most importantly enjoying themselves while they learn too!

Nora is very kind and patient, she makes you feel comfortable in her classes and is very open to adapting them to suit students' needs. You can tell she has a passion for her language and the teaching profession itself. She also likes to add cultural aspects to her classes which allows you to see the language in context. She is very encouraging and I am always pleased with the feedback she gives. I definitely recommend Nora if you want a teacher who quickly puts you at ease!

Learning with Nora has been fantastic! She has completely removed my fear of speaking with natives. She is very good at identifying what you struggle with and has very fun lessons geared towards your level. I highly recommend Nora as your Spanish Teacher. Gracias Nora!
