I believe that if the concept isn't clear about what you are studying then its useless to study more, because having no concept can stop a student from studying so I guide my students step by step and didn't pass on to other step until my student isn't satisfied. I like to be friendly in nature because scolding student can never make them learn, but yes I do scold if it's necessary. I have been teaching my fellow mates in university life and I have always been a good grader, but yes I do understand that mostly people lack in mathematics but it's not a big deal, once also I wasn't good in this subject. But my hard work brought ne to a point that today I am able to teach students and understand their problems and solve them accordingly so that to make this subject easy for my bright students :)
