The lessons are tailored to the students individual needs. I specialise in conversational English so a mix of conversational exercises, everyday real-life scenarios and skill- building activities can be expected which make the lessons interactive and enjoyable. Speaking, listening, reading and writing will also be covered in the class.
We dive into industry- specific vocabulary to ensure you gain confidence and find it easier to navigate any English-speaking environment.
Having taught English online for 3 years I have learnt what works and what does not. I believe in creating a safe learning environment for all my students where learning from mistakes is encouraged.
Patience is key, I adapt my teaching style to suit different learning preferences which ensures that each student feels heard, valued and motivated to do better.
Having taught one-on-one as well as groups, I have successfully guided students through different levels of proficiency levels. From beginners where we build a strong foundation and intermediate where we refine the language skills and finally, fine-tuning the skills of advanced students.
I use a variety of technological tools in my virtual classroom to make the lessons visually stimulating and effective. Though the classes are virtual, I try to connect with my students as if we were in a face-to-face class.
The ultimate goal is to meet my students long and short term goals, to empower them with the language skills that they need to excel in real-life situations. We learn together, have fun together and together, we will track your progress and celebrate your milestones.
