Hello! I am an English Tutor, I have been tutoring people around the ages of 11-16 English literature and language for around a year. When I tutor, I prefer to do one on one tutoring as it usually means the student will pay more attention and the lessons feel personalised to them. I mainly teach Macbeth, A Christmas Carol and An Inspector Calls, however I am less experienced but still tutoring, Animal Farm and Romeo and Juliet. Before each lesson I have a conversation over call or text to see what the gaps are and then create personalised power points and lessons custom to the student. If you struggle in class and want an easy leg up I am the one to help you! As I was somebody who was doing their GCSE's not too long ago and can help anybody else that is about to do their GCSE's strive for the top grades. My sessions usually take 2 hours once a week with a 15 minute break in between to allow the student to have the maximum potential to work. I mainly teach GCSE content as it is content I am extremely familiar with and can comfortably tutor people over GCSE English. Your lessons will be personal to you and only you and will help you get the top grades that you need. Being confident in English will strengthen you in all your other subjects as you will learn techniques that will help with every subject you will study.
