I am an experienced and certified teacher for 10 years. I teach passionately and encourage student- teacher based method in my class. I have been able to teach in a flexible and dynamic way in order to incorporate learning. I also use differentiation to tailor the specific need of my learners. I give room for students participation and questions. I also believe in 'DO-IT-YOURSELF' to facilitate self-improvement, self-esteem,self-discovery and self- dependent. I have been able to teach students who have been written off in terms of performance and they able to make a difference.
