I love teaching with the mixed balance of theoretical and practical so that the course is more interesting and easily can apply in the job field. I am a master student as well and I could understand the feeling of the student, which methods are working and which ones need to be improved. I can share all the experiences from Unilever, Telenor and Associated British Food, all the challenges we have been facing and how we overcome it. Learning is a never ending process and we have to keep learning to keep update with the dynamics world and global trend. I believe that learning is two way communication and we are growing by learning from each other.
