In my classes, I prioritize on the understanding of my student. It doesn't matter how long you take to grasp a concept, I'm here to repeat it again and again until you do.
My timetable is flexible as you can schedule for a class at any time. I allow students to ask questions and reflect on their ideas after each and every class. I do not burden my students with a lot of assignments as I know you already have that from school.
