My lessons are very interactive. I start by understanding what your goals are, then tailoring the learning to achieve those objectives. I use a lot of creativity to assist in problem solving, and reinforce learning through repeating exercises until you can approach a problem from several angles. This is essential as most teaching is done such that students do not have a flexible mindset.

I have been training people for over 30 years, whether in the workplace or in a more formal education setting. I taught at Masters Level at the University of Portsmouth and received very positive feedback from the students. They particularly enjoyed how I taught them to think and articulate complex solutions. Many of them had a poor grasp of fundamentals and so in seminars I strengthened their basic knowledge.
