From over 450 hours of tutoring experience, I understand that top success in science is only possible when you frame your learning around practical application. The key to performing in exams is familiarising yourself with the things that actually get you those marks. Coming to terms with the types of questions usually asked means when you actually get to exam day there are no surprises!

A typical tutoring session involves reading over a topic together, doing small activities throughout to check your understanding, then lastly doing past paper questions and breaking down the mark scheme together. We will tackle different chapters and topics systematically, talk about revision methods, and go through questions together to ensure you fully understand how to apply your knowledge to the page so your hard work is reflected in top results. We will also make time for you to ask me anything- this includes school work you may have had trouble with over the week.
