I believe Children are like Empty vessels whatever we are going to pour in it they will be filled and will carry it throughout their lives. So the Teaching methods I use are more of Demonstrative, activity style and blended style. More involvement of students and understanding their needs.
Play-way learning is also one of the Techniques I prefer.
