As a recent graduate myself, I have a lot of sympathy for and understanding of the hardships of being a student in your early twenties. In trying to navigate this journey personally, I have explored diverse ways of adjusting to university life and adulthood generally: I am a psychology major graduate and have been in therapy for two years; I am knowledgeable about habit building, learning strategies, time management, and effective communication strategies.
Most importantly, I can offer an accepting and welcoming space, whoever you are. I believe positive change only comes from a non-judgmental exploration of oneself. At the same time, it can be hard to be kind to yourself so I will do that for you.
I am proud to say that I continuously work on my self-awareness and interpersonal skills and would prioritize ethicality and confidentiality in my work above all else. If I see that you are best served by a therapist or other professional, and not my services, I will not hesitate to bring this up.
I hope to hear from you and create a safe supportive space where we can work on whatever is bothering you.
