I am a law student who got an A* in her English IGCSE and helped my peers also improve their grades from Bs and Cs to As! The excitement in helping you ace your test or progress in your understanding of the language is the real reward in this for me.

Depending on your level, I can personalise lessons! You can share interests such as books or genres you love so I can find or make relevant comprehension, creative writing or reading exercises. We can work together to help you find a way of learning that suits you. My lessons are for children aged 6-16.

I have helped countless students improve their grades and language skills. A typical lesson will be 40 minutes to an hour depending on the level and goals you share with me.

Along with tutoring peers, and achieving an A*/9 in my IGCSE. I was my school magazine editor and writer. I have worked at an online magazine to learn content writing and written adverts for products in my local newspaper. I’ve also interned with an award-winning author and explored the depths of publishing my ongoing manuscript. I can provide evidence of these if necessary, but rest assured we can explore the English language beyond the syllabus. Whether its content writing, advertising, short stories, we can explore any route you choose with our lessons. You are in control!

A lesson will obviously be one on one, the first lesson is free so that we can discuss your goals, I’ll take a small assessment typical for someone at your grade level. We’ll have 2-3 lessons a week depending on what you prefer. I’ll assign you homework as we go so that we are able to review your progress and I can offer advice as we go.

I believe student satisfaction is the most important reason we do this. So you’ll be able to reach me with questions outside lesson time and I’ll respond within 2-3 hours!
