As an Instructor in Business & Management, my teaching philosophy is rooted in preparing students for real-world organizational challenges. I focus on creating an engaging and practical learning environment where students can develop critical skills in areas such as, organizational behavior, HRM, emotions management, employees psychological wellbeing, and leadership. Through case studies, group discussions, and hands-on projects, I encourage students to apply theoretical concepts to real-life scenarios. My goal is to cultivate an inclusive classroom that values diverse perspectives and equips students with the knowledge and tools needed for successful careers.
