As a student myself, i prefer in teaching thr kids with proper ideas and basic imagination to help them corelate the ideas in daily use rather than just cramming all the data. Also, i usually ensure to provide a complete help notes or guides for the kids to ensure they can easily access the resources and understand the basic division of the problem that has been asked. It is keenly necessary to udnerstand what does the question actually askes you over ruahing to find the answer and my major motto is to ensure the kids understand what does it look to familarize with the problem, understand it, ans find the possible solutions for it. This way of elarning has actually helped me a lot through out my studies till masters and i beleiev shall provide equal help to new learners and bright minds. Lastly, i do prefer taking tests (not compulsion theoretical or surprise) but based on lessons learnt and what are the new ideas/formulas or whatever is generally better from the course. The possible ideas that students could grab from my teaching would be not just a fruitful outcome for kids but aslo a way to reflect on my shortcomings as well. This is way of my tecahing, ensuring my kids are learning better and advanced way to excel their studies in school, get better grades, and achieve their desired scores in the subjects and not stand behind the crowd but with it.
