Nina Da Costa

I recently graduated from UCL and am looking to tutor this summer.

I am interested in teaching history, art history, literature, biology, French, and English at any level.
I am bilingual in French and English and advanced in Spanish.
I would also be happy to tutor in maths and Spanish for younger children.

My tutoring experience has been informal until now but has taught me the value of patience in helping students thoroughly grasp concepts. I take the time to adapt to students and understand their unique learning styles, tailoring my teaching methods to their needs. I always take my time with my students and work with them until they fully understand the subject matter.

I am also goal-oriented and believe setting clear objectives is critical to success. I help my students set measurable and achievable goals and then work with them to create a plan to achieve these goals.Learning should be fun, and I am excited to help motivate students to achieve their goals by creating an engaging and interactive learning environment. In addition to my skills and qualities, my strong academic background will enable me to be comfortable tutoring online or in person.
