During my teaching experience I have always did lesson planning a month advance. I always try to engage students in healthy easy learning activities and encourage them to develope team learning skills and at the same time giving them confidence of individual potential.

During my teaching experience I have always did lesson planning a month advance. I always try to engage students in healthy easy learning activities and encourage them to develope team learning skills and at the same time giving them confidence of individual potential.
I remember still how I made students remember periodic table in simple easy rhyme ways based on various students learning ability and their individual interests. I also encourage students to have quizzes organised by them so they can actually engage rather than spoon feeding.
