My name is Nifemi Olulanke, and I am a Product designer based in Middlesbrough England, with 3 and a half years of experience. I am applying for the role of UI/UX designer at your company. I hold the required skills and knowledge that would make me an excellent addition to your team.

I have worked as a front-end developer intern in Software Business Solutions Consulting: SBSC, and I possess skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Having gained some experience in front-end development, I decided to acquire more skills to stay ahead of the curve and began UI/UX design in October 2020. In my previous work, I worked closely with the senior UI/UX designers and developers, in creating beautiful and responsive websites that met users’ satisfaction. I joined Perxels school of design in February 2021, and I have worked on several projects since then ( view portfolio ). At perxels, I learned how to work with stakeholders and how to work with a team of designers. Most recently, I worked with short chase ( a betting company ) as the lead UX designer, from August 2021 to November 2021. I currently work at Spleet Africa, a prop-tech company, as the lead product designer. Most recently, my redesign of the Spleet platform helped in raising $2.6 million for the company.

My background in tech has taught me the importance of empathy and attention to detail. I am a team player and an excellent communicator with an eagerness to enhance my skills.
As a creator first and foremost, I am adept at identifying innovative approaches and creative practices to solve business challenges. In my previous role as UI/UX Designer, I honed essential talents such as user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user interface design. I have enhanced my critical thinking abilities and cultivated a reputation as a significant contributor through communication and decision-making.
