In my lessons, I will be walking my students step by step through all of the steps required by the recipe. I will teach them the science behind how and why a particular method or technique works. Alongside that, I will teach them the variety of dishes they could make using the same methods/techniques. Therefore, when the lesson ends they will have learned more than one recipe. In my lessons, I will be walking my students step by step through all of the steps required by the recipe. I will teach them the science behind how and why a particular method or technique works. Alongside that, I will teach them the variety of dishes they could make using the same methods/techniques. Therefore, when the lesson ends they will have learned more than one recipe. I do not mind an array of questions and enquiries. In the unfortunate event of a dish not working out completely fine, I will tell my students how to fix it or how to use the leftovers to avoid wastage and encourage recycling.
