Nicole Emma

I am a Yoga Teacher from South England living in the Christchurch, Dorset area. I have spent years travelling and I gained my 500hr YTT qualification in Vinyasa flow and Hatha yoga in India. My aim is to get Yoga and Wellness into homes, companies and communities. I teach a high quality of Yoga completing HFE level 3 yoga teacher training in London. I use calming music throughout lessons, meditation and breath work for people of all ages, shapes and sizes to take a break from their busy schedules.

My styles of teaching includes Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar, Prenatal Yoga, Pilates, meditation and NLP coaching. I also run family and kids yoga. Previously I trained in ballet, modern and jazz to pre elementary level. I taught yoga in Spain previously to local communities before returning to England.

I offer a calm and tranquil practise for the mind and body. Yoga gives you the tools to navigate through a world that works for you and not against you. Strengthening and lengthening muscles.

I create classes and courses at beginner and intermediate levels, as well as specialised sessions. I have experience teaching Yoga therapy and chair yoga for older clients.
