I have been teaching as English as a second language for two years from children to adults - in various age groups and setting. I have taught to students for the past 5 years - this includes one year of teaching in an online setting and other four years in a classroom setting.

In teaching English, I always make sure to encourage my students to try to speak or write in English no matter mistakes or grammar they would have. I always believe that confidence is the foremost important thing a person should have when learning a new language.

My classes are always centered in cooperative, inquiry-based, experiential, game-based and personalized type of learning. These includes engaging students into conversational classes either with me or with their classmates, do a role-play according to a real-life scenario which includes buying in a grocery store, travelling, hanging out with friends and a basic introduction of one self. I also incorporate game-based activities like Who wants to be a millionaire, Bingo, or one of my made up games like Red or Blue? where students should guess the right answer based on the topic on hand.

These are only a few activities and learnings I give as an English teacher both in a personal and online classes. I am confident that I may guide and help students to improve and learn English to both in speaking and appreciating learning languages in general.
