15 Minutes - Starter Exercises

QUICK MATHS - Timetables, Subtraction and Addition ( BOOST Memory and Time Management)
It is extremely important in the exam that timetables are known by heart and questions can be answered at good speed.

ENGLISH - Word Search, Review new words learnt this week (EXPAND vocabulary)
It is extremely important that your child has and expanded vocabulary to understand words in the comprehension passages and questions.

40 Minutes - Exam Questions
It is extremely important that your child is used to seeing questions in the style that they will appear on the exam to learn how to answer them.

GUIDANCE on how to answer different types of exam questions with lots of examples

5 Minutes - Review

SUMMARY of everything we have learnt today and what needs to be practiced before next session

My lessons are interactive and have exam question practice as a priority to ensure your child is equipped with the correct skills in the real exam. Alongside my tutoring sessions it is important that your child is engaging in additional practice so they are continually developing these skills.

I will also send additional emails that will include progress reports and work that needs to be completed between tutor sessions.
