I achieved all 7 to 9s in 11 GCSEs (9 in Mathematics and an A* in Further Mathematics), and A*A*A*A at A level including Maths and Further Maths, and am currently studying Architecture at the University of Cambridge. I have tutored my peers and multitudes of younger pupils helping them to achieve the best they can leading up to their mock exams and GCSEs themselves. Once I obtained my GCSEs I went on to tutor under an organisation where I taught classes up to 6 or 1-2-1. While working there I worked with students of all ages and levels, I covered the KS1, KS2, KS3, GCSE & A Level curriculums. At the end of every session I set homework and gave the parents feedback on what we covered in the lesson and how their children did.
My first session with the student will be to gauge their level of knowledge and understand which topics we will need to hone in on for them to achieve their highest grades possible. Each of my sessions are highly tailored to the student needs, whether that's combing through the entire curriculum and revising certain topics for upcoming mocks and exams or getting ahead of class by learning whole new topics. I will be enforcing a spaced revision technique where we at the beginning of sessions briefly complete questions from previous topics we've covered to ensure they remember, I'll also set homework each session that we will mark together at the beginning of our next sessions.
