Hello, I’m Nicole. I'm a peripatetic drum teacher based in Buckinghamshire. I have taught in various academic settings for over 5 years. I have gained a wealth of knowledge from teaching primary-aged pupils to college students in one-to-one lessons. I am currently teaching drums at The Music Works, multiple instruments at Rhodes Wood Hospital School and drums at Alpha Preparatory School in Harrow (ranked no.2 in the UK national preparatory school league tables - according to the 'Independent School Inspectorate').

I believe it’s essential that every learner I teach gets the best education possible - that’s why I make it my mission to cater to each individual’s needs through fun, interactive lessons that include teaching materials for various learner types and communication styles. I have training in first aid, safety in education and safeguarding young people. I am fully DBS checked with public liability insurance and hold a full clean UK driver's licence.

A little about my background:

I am extremely eclectic musically, my tastes range from classical to metal and everything in between. I have over 8.5 years of experience playing in different bands, playing a mix of genres in various contexts including established London venues / recording studios as well as touring around the UK. I love discovering new music with interesting stylistic elements that I can incorporate into my lessons keeping them both engaging & educational.
