I offer online and at home tutoring that is interesting and engaging. I use a range of resources and activity types to deliver a bespoke curriculum that suits the needs of each individual student. I will support you in your learning journey by increasing your confidence as a successful student and stretching you to reach your full potential!
I am an experienced KS2 teacher, covering all the Primary National Curriculum subjects. I have also taught KS3 Maths. I understand the impact that Covid still has on students and the learning that was lost during the pandemic.
I am able to support your child in preparation for 11+ exams which involves more than just a good understanding of the curriculum but the development of verbal and non-verbal reasoning. I can provide homework if you require it and support your child to complete any homework which has been set by their school.
I am also available to work with companies who deliver Functional Skills courses in maths and English and have successfully delivered these programes in an online environment.
I am kind, funny and patient and I love working with my students. I have lots of experience supporting students with additional learning needs and I understand the importance of building a trusting relationship so that you feel comfortable and confident in my ability to help you achieve your goals.
Lessons will consist of a mix of direct teaching and modelling, independent practice, online learning games and homework support. I use a range of resources to provide varied and interesting lessons.
