Hi, my name is Nicola and I have been teaching in UK schools for 18 years with 6 years experience as an examiner for a major UK exam board.

I currently teach part time in a school and use the rest of my week to tutor students all over the world including China, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and more.

I have held various roles in schools over the years, including Curriculum Coordinator for KS3 and GCSE, Head of Chemistry and Deputy Director of Post 16.

My experience in all of these roles, coupled with my examiner insight enables me to holistically support young people through their exams.

I am a firm believer in always working on improving the confidence and aspirations of young people alongside any teaching.

My teaching methods are adaptive, friendly and interactive.

I aim to provide students with the tools they need to be independent, work effectively and succeed in Science; whatever this may look like for them.

I find great satisfaction in connecting with young people and supporting them through the tricky Science / Chemistry exam phase in their life.
